*Fiona has a direct and friendly approach and recommended small changes to my diet over a period of several months.this meant that i didn't feel like i was giving up lots of nice things all at once. she dispelled some myths about food that i had previously thought was healthy and encouraged me to things i had stayed away from but which are so much nicer like avocado and nuts. she also provided helpful advice relating to my workouts at the gym. i trimmed down a dress size at least, my skin look better and my digestion was much improved. i recommend Fiona all the time!– Frances Alushani
