Personal trainer, specialising in menopause fitness and nutrition. Also accompanying Fiona on the day is Regina Kerschbaumer from Yoga Orchid who is a senior yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance UK and yin yoga master.

Welcome and introductions

Introduction to Menopause: How to transition through menopause with ease.

Talk by Regina on the Hara: The Hara is the seed of life and in menopause we need to become more aware of the Hara to shake off disturbances of the body and mind and return to the deeper powers of original being.

Yin Yoga Practice: An hour and a half of a slow-paced style of yoga where sequences of deliciously deep floor poses or asanas are held for longer periods of time.

Menopause moves: Taster of exercise for menopause to strengthen bone health muscle health, cognitive health and cardiovascular fitness, plus a 10 minute HIIT session optional.

Meno-nutrition: Tasters of some foods good for menopause-health.

End the day with a glass of prosecco
