S.M.A.R.T Balance in Midlife

If you are woman in midlife 40 plus and are starting to notice small changes within your body

Then this could be the start of peri menopause which then leads to menopause when you have not had a period for over 12 months.

Menopause means you have no longer got eggs you are born with about 2 million and these decrease as we age.

Menopause doesn’t have to be seen as a terrible thing all doom and gloom it can be the beginning of something new, a new chapter , a wiser chapter where we have more knowledge, more confidence maybe more money and time to start looking at balance in our lives.

We need to look at what is important and see ourselves as strong women without the need to be skinny but just fit and healthy so we can go on to the next stage of our lives stronger, more supple and fitter

I see women on a one to one basis to help show them how to get some balance back in to their lives.

I work purposefully to restore fitness and nutrition at this time of life ensuring the right type of exercise including core and pelvic floor, balance, flexibility and posture.

Ways to keep body supple with hydrating the fascia and ease of movement without it being over exhausting.

I look at your nutrition and supplementation ensuring you are getting the correct nutrition for this period, looking also at gut health.

We will then look at ways to give you time for you to restore with meditation and relaxation, a very important part of this time of life, especially if you feel anxious, stressed and irritable.

Sleep and how to improve it are also covered especially if you suffer with night sweats, and restless sleep.

Other topics include toxic overload, sex life, breast care, thyroid issues, and hair loss.
