Mediterranean Cooking Class
In midlife need to take a good look at our diet and how we eat .A Mediterranean mainly plant based diet can be a great starting point.
We need to nourish our brain and heart and brain health with tasty healthy foods like mackerel, salmon , avocados nuts and seeds as well as good quality olive oils.
We need to make sure we have a fully functioning gut and fill it with lots of healthy fibre in the form of vegetables and fruits , oats and grains .Our gut health is everything it helps to remove toxins from our bodies and excess of the hormoné oestrogen as a build up may contribute to more menopausal symptoms.
We need to look at what we drink as well .
In the course you will get to cook some of the recipes and of course try them and be given a folder to take away with the recipes and list of nutrients as well as your guide to a healthy menopause.
Plus a glass of fizz and some tasty healthy canapés
