Group Training & Circuits

There are always ways you can enjoy exercise and if you feel you need to be in a group environment to encourage you then having an accountability buddy can certainly help, here at smart we encourage you to team up with a friend and have a training session together, it helps to motivate and encourages you to keep training and also cuts cost of personal training.

If you like the idea of more people joining in then we also do circuit classes on a Tuesday night in Purley, usually around 10 spaces , training like this is fun, inclusive and a good way to keep fit and be social. The circuits are based around midlife exercise like core and balance, bone health, improving grip strength, hitting Epoc markers for fat loss or management, maintaining fascial spring and improving lymphatic circulation and much more to ensure as you go through midlife you stay strong.
